AI automation.
Your time,
back.

The follow-ups. The paperwork. The work that repeats. We build custom automation around your tools and your team, so your day has room for more.

01 / Make room for better work

Small tasks.
A big part of your day.

We find where work gets stuck, repeated, or forgotten. Then we build the connections that keep it moving.

03 / Built together. Run by us.

A clear path
from idea to everyday.

You work directly with the people building your automation. We map it, agree on it, test it, and keep it running.

How an engagement works
  1. Discovery

We sit with you — in person anywhere in Texas, or over a call — and walk the way work actually moves through your business. You talk. We take notes. You get a written map of what's worth automating and what isn't.

A written map of your processes and a shortlist of what's worth automating — with the return on each, in hours. Yours to keep either way.
  2. Design

We design around your tools and your standards, not the other way round. Scope is agreed together, in writing, before anything is billed. You approve exactly what it will do — and what it never will.

The signed scope, a fixed setup fee, and a delivery date.
  3. Build

We build against your real cases and refine until it holds. One-time setup fee. Fixed scope. No surprises.

The working automation, a plain-English guide, and your team walked through it.
  4. Run

Your automation runs under our watch — monitored, tuned, improved. A flat monthly retainer, and a direct line to the people who built it.

Monitoring, refinements, and a number that keeps being true.

Your business stays yours

Connected by design.
Bounded by your rules.

Access with a purpose

The systems and fields an automation can touch are agreed in writing. Expanding access starts with a conversation.

A scope you can hold us to

A fixed setup fee and a flat monthly retainer. If it doesn’t do what the agreed scope says, we make it right.

People still make the calls

We handle the repetition. Your team keeps the decisions and approvals that matter.

More about working together
How much does AI automation cost?

There is no price list, because there is no package. Every engagement is a one-time setup fee, fixed by the scope we agree in writing, plus a flat monthly retainer to run and tune it. Both numbers are quoted for your build after discovery, and nothing is billed before you have approved the scope. We size the fee against the return — if we can't find hours worth multiples of it in the first conversation, we say so.

How long does it take to build?

Discovery and design usually take a week or two, depending on how quickly we can sit down together. The build itself is quoted with a delivery date in the signed scope, and most first automations go live within a few weeks of that signature. We build against your real cases and refine until it holds, so the date moves only if the scope does — and that is a conversation, not a surprise.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Small businesses across Texas, in any line of work. We don't specialise by category, because the automation is built for your processes rather than for your category. What our clients have in common is a pattern, not a trade: a handful of people losing real hours every week to intake, retyping, chasing and filing, with the judgment calls still needing a person. If that is the shape of your week, we can help.

What happens to my business data?

An automation reads and writes only what its job needs, and that list is written into the scope before we build. Wherever the work allows, your data stays in your own systems under your own accounts — we would rather connect to your records than hold a copy of them. We don't sell your data and we don't use it to train anything of ours. If a build needs an outside service to read part of it, we name that service in the scope.
