AI Agent Properties LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Waco, Texas (“we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through https://aiagentproperties.com, our contact forms, and our chatbot (together, the “Services”), why we collect it, and the choices you have.

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact form submissions — name, email address, business name, phone number (if provided), and the message you send us.
• Chatbot conversations — the content of your messages, and any name, email address, or business details you choose to share during the conversation.
• Usage data — pages visited, timestamps, general device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address, collected automatically as you use the Services.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and evaluate whether we can help your business.
• Operate, maintain, and improve the chatbot and the Services.
• Send administrative communications related to a request you made.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use information collected through the Services for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Information you submit is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase. Access is restricted by role-based permissions and row-level security, and administrative access is limited to personnel who need it to operate the business.

We share information with a small number of service providers who process it on our behalf, solely to operate the Services:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
• Stripe — invoicing and payment processing for client engagements.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Anthropic — the language model that powers our chatbot.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.

Each processor is contractually and technically limited to using your information to provide services to us, not for their own independent purposes.

We retain contact form submissions and chatbot conversation records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain a record of client relationships, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations. You may request earlier deletion, as described under “Your Rights” below.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes, and we never have.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at aisales@aiagentproperties.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

The Services are directed at businesses and are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from this policy is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in McLennan County, Texas.
